Sue was the Global Chief Diversity Officer for the Nestle group, and then led the Inclusion client practice at PwC Switzerland and Odgers. Sue has worked cross-industry and cross-border, providing strategy expertise, training and consulting advice across the full spectrum of Leadership, Culture and Inclusion.
Sue is a renowned and passionate advocate for Inclusion and has spoken at the United Nations, Catalyst, women’s forum etc. Sue is a member of the Comic Relief People & Culture committee, a corporate ambassador for Cancer Research UK and a member of the BSI and Make UK DE&I committees as an external expert.
