Sue Johnson is the Director of Superadditivity, a consultancy that helps organisations build leadership and team cultures that perform .  

Having spent the first 15 years of her career in Operations and Sales, Sue has first-hand knowledge and experience of how and why an inclusive culture is an integral part of the organisation DNA.

Sue was the Global Chief Diversity Officer for the Nestle group, and then led the Inclusion client practice at PwC Switzerland and Odgers. Sue has worked cross-industry and cross-border, providing strategy expertise, training and consulting advice across the full spectrum of Leadership, Culture and Inclusion.

Sue is a renowned and passionate advocate for Inclusion and has spoken at the United Nations, Catalyst, women’s forum etc. Sue is a member of the Comic Relief People & Culture committee, a corporate ambassador for Cancer Research UK and a member of the BSI and Make UK DE&I committees as an external expert.
