# Superadditivity

> Superadditivity is a UK consultancy that helps teams solve problems, build stronger cultures and make better decisions through certified LEGO® Serious Play® workshops, led by facilitator Sue Johnson.

Superadditivity runs hands-on, facilitated sessions where every person in the room builds, thinks and decides together. The method gets every voice heard and turns shared thinking into actions that stick. Workshops are run on-site across the United Kingdom for leadership teams, project teams and whole organisations.
