In their words
"Sue worked with me and my team at a critical point in the transition of leadership and management arrangements, recognising significant change in the NHS currently. The team have already experienced several restructures and this next stage felt like another hill to climb. Sue used her expertise and training in Lego Serious play to help us create our challenge statement and brought us together in a very different way to any previous strategy/planning session. Instead of hearing from only a few team voices, the approach allowed all members to engage, think differently, be creative and bring humour. From a standing start we built a new way of thinking and responding to the barriers we face. Sue supported proactive debate and a set of actions that will make a difference to the way we work together going forward – all of this captured in excellent Lego models as a real visual for our next steps. All feedback has been unanimous positive; this approach ensures outcomes the whole team owns."
"Sue brought fantastic energy and expertise to our team session. Using LEGO, Serious Play created an engaging environment where everyone felt able to contribute, leading to honest conversations, fresh ideas, and practical actions. The session was extremely well received and has given us a great platform to build on as a team."
"The LSP workshop exceeded our expectations. It unlocked a level of creativity that would have been hard to achieve through traditional discussions and ensured that every voice in the room was heard. By exploring our challenges and opportunities in a visual and collaborative way, we identified key issues and developed practical solutions. The result was genuine engagement, strong teamwork, and a shared understanding of our priorities. Sue expertly guided us throughout, ensuring that Serious Play remained jolly good fun!"
"We’d heard great things about Lego Serious Play and had been thinking about attending a session for some time. So, we were delighted when Superadditivity connected with us. Sue is a great facilitator and really got us thinking about our challenges and strengths through the medium of imaginative play. We were able to come away with a deeper understanding of how we can keep moving towards our goals and a realistic action plan. For anyone on the fence about attending a Lego Serious Play session, we’d wholly recommend!"
"We were looking for more than a one-off DEI workshop, we wanted professional learning to all staff that was meaningful, practical, and tailored to our school community. After taking the time to understand our context and priorities, Sue designed a bespoke half-day Inclusive Culture workshop for our staff at an international school in Switzerland that was engaging, thought-provoking, and immediately relevant. The session struck an excellent balance between research-informed theory, interactive activities, collaborative discussion, and practical strategies. One of the highlights was Sue's support in helping us co-create a bespoke Allyship Toolkit that staff continue to use in their everyday practice. What really set Superadditivity apart was the ongoing support after the workshop. Sue continued to consult with us, providing additional resources and guidance to help maintain momentum and embed inclusive practices across the school, rather than treating the training as a standalone event. I would highly recommend Superadditivity to any school or organisation looking to build an inclusive culture and embed meaningful, sustainable inclusive practices."
